Overall customer service was great! However, I would like to point out the guest lounge was extremely warm and uncomfortable. Also, most dealerships would give your vehicle a courtesy wash/rinse after every service. Is that no longer provided?

The service was very good, but after a couple of hours, I had to contact someone to ask if my vehicle was ready. They forgot I was waiting.

Have asked for a call through the text system since I picked up vehicle and no one has called. I asked for fuel additive to not be placed in tank. It was supposed to be put in truck and is not there. Radio mount for VHF/UHF radio was dislodge and will not work anymore. Some kind of cable is now dangling down beside brake pedal. Just no attention to detail or respecting a person's vehicle. Should be some kind of QA/QC and if ylu break something tell the customer. Be honest.

Have the same problem with with tire pressure.

My vehicle has been in and out of the shop. Nothing is fixed. Everything my Service advisor said they fixed, is not. Now they won’t return my calls or help. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney general and the FTC. My car is still throwing codes, the wipers are still broken. Now my AC is messed and and I’m having more issues I wasn’t having before it went in the shop there. I am looking into who else I need to file with about this until they make it right.

After my truck was said to be repaired. The so called repair didn’t even last for 24 hours. So as a result I am having to bring it in for the 3rd Saturday in a row.

Not much to say. I'm 86 and we don't get around that much now days. We had a battery problem. Our car was towed in. Shortly they called me to let me know the problem, and get my permission to make repairs. Later that day they called to let me know our car was ready for pickup. I was really expecting it would be ready the next day because it was towed in mid-day! Well, they picked me up - no problem. Paid the bill (Customer Service also 5 STAR).

Came in for an oil change and a start issue. Oil change happen quick and then start issue was trouble shot and corrected. Was at the dealership about an hour for both issues.

I dropped off my 2019 Encore for service and new battery. Thank goodness for reward points that saved me $42.00. The thing is I usually forget that I have them but thank goodness they remind me. Oh and my battery was under warranty. So today was a win. These guys do an awesome job. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

You charged me $1,230.07 for an ignition switch which, $222.00 was for a wrecker, that left $1,008.07 for the switch That is a rip-off. What is the charge of $63.97 environ. Fee, and how and what has that to do with a switch. You have seen my truck and car for the last time.

Wrights service department is always professional, always kind and has a great crew. They are the best. We drive 1 1/2 hrs to use them. We did sadly use local for about 1 year. It was a disaster. We went home to Wrights.

Great service

Everything I had scheduled was not completed. I had to make another appointment to get the technical stuff worked on. I felt the person who did the routine maintenance was rude when I asked him if the computer had been fixed. I drive 100 miles round trip to get my car serviced at Wright. I understand rescheduling if parts have to be ordered. But that was not the case.

Picked up truck and brought it back to me at work. Best thing ever. Much appreciated on that.

Failed to repair problem!

We are a permanent fixture at Wright Buick/GMC. We have purchased 5 vehicles so far and we have always been taken care of decently and fairly. The dealer doesn't waste time and always maximizes their time with us. We appreciate the care they extend to us through all of their departments and look forward to purchasing from them again.

Went in to get my navigation and some other onstar technical things looked at because my stuff wasn’t working correctly. Nothing was found and was told I needed to push the onstar button and buy an onstar subscription for my basic functions to work like my map and phone app. Next day pushed onstar button and there was no connectivity but the light was green. Called onstar they did some troubleshooting and was told my module was bad and needed to go to GMC dealer to get it fixed which I just had gone to yesterday and was told nothing was found and to buy an onstar package to get it working. So went to another dealership and got it diagnosed, it was the module and part has been ordered. I’m not even sure that the techs at Wright pushed the onstar button or what exactly they did, but the other dealership was on it and the problem was quickly diagnosed and definitely did not need to buy an onstar package.

Put me back in my Buick!!! I was happy. Then sensor tire light came on.... now I can't see any amount of air in my tires....I asked my mother to notify Slade... Because for 2.5 days I couldn't see, my phone.....So right now I give yall an 7
