I dropped off my 2019 Encore for service and new battery. Thank goodness for reward points that saved me $42.00. The thing is I usually forget that I have them but thank goodness they remind me. Oh and my battery was under warranty. So today was a win. These guys do an awesome job. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

You charged me $1,230.07 for an ignition switch which, $222.00 was for a wrecker, that left $1,008.07 for the switch That is a rip-off. What is the charge of $63.97 environ. Fee, and how and what has that to do with a switch. You have seen my truck and car for the last time.

Wrights service department is always professional, always kind and has a great crew. They are the best. We drive 1 1/2 hrs to use them. We did sadly use local for about 1 year. It was a disaster. We went home to Wrights.

Went in to get my navigation and some other onstar technical things looked at because my stuff wasn’t working correctly. Nothing was found and was told I needed to push the onstar button and buy an onstar subscription for my basic functions to work like my map and phone app. Next day pushed onstar button and there was no connectivity but the light was green. Called onstar they did some troubleshooting and was told my module was bad and needed to go to GMC dealer to get it fixed which I just had gone to yesterday and was told nothing was found and to buy an onstar package to get it working. So went to another dealership and got it diagnosed, it was the module and part has been ordered. I’m not even sure that the techs at Wright pushed the onstar button or what exactly they did, but the other dealership was on it and the problem was quickly diagnosed and definitely did not need to buy an onstar package.

Wright Mtrs. is my go-to for service on my Yulon. Easy check-in for oil change and tire rotation. They completed it quicker than expected.

Made the appointment online, showed up early, took the car right in . No problems quick service .

Got oil change and tire rotation. Tire pressure wasn’t checked/adjusted as usual. In follow up call from Jay, I explained this oversight. He had me come right in and get this corrected. You guys are awesome!! Keep doing what you’re doing in customer service!

I really appreciate those reminder calls because I’m one of those people who tends to let things like this slide. Jesse and the whole team at Wright GMC always go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is taken care of promptly and attention to detail. Truck that I was purchasing on the lot was not available. Filled out all paperwork and was discovered that this vehicle could not be sold. Had to wait for another truck to be delivered. It does not have all the same features. Waiting to hear back on when Wright can install the features missing from the original truck that I wanted.

Kept my car too long didn’t have a rental a car to give me and I had to come out of pocket being that I just got this car and something major went wrong on it even though they gave me $500 off. While they got the job done and were nice enough, they would not honor my first 1 year free service. I had purchased the vehicle on 1/11/24, but did not take delivery until after the middle of February. My "clock" should have started upon delivery, not purchase.

Enjoy waiting for the oil change. Was slightly disappointed that the dealership didn’t have the air filter the truck needed to have replaced.

Wright Buick GMC is the only place we ever take our truck. Moved to Texas 10 years ago and have purchased two GMC trucks from them. There are always professional and reliable. The service department is one of the finest I have ever felt with. There is no dealership better.

Was great

Everything I had scheduled was not completed. I had to make another appointment to get the technical stuff worked on. I felt the person who did the routine maintenance was rude when I asked him if the computer had been fixed. I drive 100 miles round trip to get my car serviced at Wright. I understand rescheduling if parts have to be ordered. But that was not the case.

We are a permanent fixture at Wright Buick/GMC. We have purchased 5 vehicles so far and we have always been taken care of decently and fairly. The dealer doesn't waste time and always maximizes their time with us. We appreciate the care they extend to us through all of their departments and look forward to purchasing from them again.

The service at Wright GMC is Rock bottom!! I bought a Brand New 2022 Canyon from them. Continue to keep having Issues with the Transmission not shifting right. Now… instead of fixing the Thermostat problem and the Electric fan problem. I was told to drive it and if the thermostat or the Fan acts up again… just bring it back. What happens if the motor overheats??? What happens then. I’ll be paying for a new Motor!! I am sick of Wright GMC service Department

I’ve never had any problems with Wright GMC always friendly quick service

On Oct 6,2025 we paid $1577.06 for new alternator and battery..We had to jump car and took car in on February 5, 2026 at 8:07 am. We knew it may take a day. We received no info about car and we called in to check on car on Feb 9,2026 and told they replaced battery. We went to pick it up and charged $29.95 to install new battery. We asked why if they had put in new battery in October. Slade said it was labor and he didn’t make the rules. We plan on buying new car soon but that 29.95 has cost them a $50,000 new car. Poor customer service.

The light came on my truck needed service it seems like it always needs help on Saturday or Sunday so I called first thing Monday morning they got my truck on and starting working on it they called me to let me know the part had to be ordered they also told me when the part would be there they were right the part came in and they told me when my truck would be ready and they was right again I picked my truck up the best part is to come they called me two days later to see if my truck was having any problems I just wanted to tell you that is service that is why they have the best service in Lufkin no one can ask for any better service Wright GMC
